Troy Baker, as the lead consultant, has 25 years of experience in public sector financial management and budgeting, including as Assistant Director, Fiscal Strategy for the Department of Treasury and Finance and Director, Financial Accounting and Advisory Services for Ernst & Young.  

 Summit has a wealth of consulting in long term resource planning and public sector finance predominantly for clients in the Victorian public sector. Summit has delivered a range of innovative solutions to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of budget and financial outcomes and has driven many reforms to improve processes, data integrity, and financial reporting effectiveness.

Troy Baker, as lead consultant, has a wealth of consulting experience across Government portfolios, including as Director for Ernst & Young, and prior to that he had a long career in the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance where he was responsible for whole of government budgeting and reporting.
